Key Features

Oxygen generation is done by retrofitting 10 Lpm and 5 Lpm oxygen concentrators and oxygen delivery is done by fitting Polyurethane pipes and associated accessories for Medical Gas Pipeline System. The system will be capable of delivering 65 Lpm of oxygen to a maximum of 13 patients. A single patient may receive a maximum of 15 Lpm of oxygen with the net total oxygen consumption not exceeding 65 Lpm. The system harvests 65 Lpm of oxygen from low pressure oxygen concentrators, ramps it up to a high pressure of 3.5 bar using a medical air compressor and delivers it to the patient via the medical gas pipeline consisting of oxygen flowmeters. The system is also backed up by oxygen cylinders which ensure consistent uninterrupted delivery of oxygen during system failure.
